Engr Samuel Babatunde, Executive Chairman, Board of Directors has over 35 years of project management, engineering, business development and operations management experience in Liquefied Natural Gas, Refining and Petrochemical plants with relentless commitment to deliver within the key drivers of scope, schedule, cost, risks, quality, and safety. Samuel began his career in 1979 with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), as one of the pioneer Commissioning Engineers on the NNPC Project Management Team for the $0.6Billion Kaduna Refinery (110 kbd) and the $1Billion new Port Harcourt Refinery (150kbd) developments, rising through the ranks to the role of Head of Business Development, before being seconded to the Nigeria LNG (NLNG) in 1997. Samuel holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering, with a 2nd Class (Honors) Upper Division, from the University of Ife, Nigeria in 1978. He is a member of many professional associations, including the PMI, COREN, AIChE and NGA, and he is a Fellow of the NSChE. Engr Samuel is married and blessed with children. He enjoys Playing Piano, Tennis, Volleyball and Reading.

Engr. John Ayodele, non-Executive Director – Global Engineering, has over 35 years of project management, engineering, business development and operations management experience in power generation, transmission and distribution with special skill in Power System Protection, Power Systems Analysis and Planning, Transmission and Distribution System Design, Construction Testing, and Commissioning Specialist, Telecommunication Systems, Technical Audit and Investigation and Public-Private-Partnership with commitment to deliver within the key drivers of scope, schedule, cost, risks, quality, and safety. John began his career in 1979 with the National Electric Power Authority, Nigeria (NEPA), as a Substation Project Engineer. He was involved in the design and construction of various 330/132Kv, 132/33Kv, and 33/11Kv substation projects (over 25 various substations). These include, Jos 330/132kv s/s, Abeokuta, Ife, Ondo, Shagamu, Ijebu-Ode, Oworonshoki, Alagbon, Katsina Steel Rolling Mill, Ibadan North, Zaria132/33kv Extension, Ilorin S/S, Oshogbo 132/33KV Extensions, Ilorin West and East 33/11kv s/s. He rose through the ranks to the role of Executive Director Power Holding Company Nigeria (PHCN). Engr. John holds B. Eng. (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1978, in addition to participating in the Westinghouse Advanced Systems Engineering Course, Westinghouse Electric, Pittsburgh, USA (1981); Power Systems Engineering Course (PSEC) with the GE Corporation, Schenectady, NY, USA (1988/89), as well as various courses in PPP, Project Financing and Analysis.

Olusegun Olanrewaju, Chief Executive Officer, is an entrepreneur with pioneering spirit. He is an experienced banker of more than three decades. Olusegun started his banking career at middle management level with United Bank for Africa Plc and later with Unity Bank Plc. He rose to the position of Regional Head covering six states in South West. He served at various capacity ranging from core banking operation, treasury management, financial analysis, credit analysis and relationship management. Olusegun has proven ability to lead and develop highly effective teams as well as a demonstrable track record in leading complex change programs. His strong strategy definition & execution skills, analytical & financial management capabilities, business development & negotiating skills acquired through a combination of top class international training and hands-on management experience at the executive level, position him for his CEO role at Dtech Support Services. Olusegun holds Higher National Diploma (Accountancy) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and a Masters in Managerial Psychology, from University of Ibadan. He is a member of many professional associations which includes Chartered Institute of Taxation (Associate), Institute of Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Institute of Bankers. Olusegun is married and blessed with children. He enjoys networking, volunteering and spending time with his family.

Damilola Olanrewaju Isaac is a graduate of mechanical engineering, from Near East University North Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. Damilola is a young and promising entrepreneur with certifications and trainings in several ICT courses,digital marketing, financial Technology and Project Management Technology. His football background has made him very versatile, determined and hardworking. He has taken several leadership and managerial courses, he also has experience working with several consultancy firms, IT companies and engineering companies. Damilola caught the vision of Dtechpay after his training and certification in Financial Technology. He discovered a lap in the payment processes for some inevitable services in Nigeria, so he decided to bring ease to the process of making these payments through the development of Dtechpay.

Engr Akinlolu (Akin) Oni, Executive Director – Project Development, brings about 3 decades of international experience to the Dtech Board, with notable accomplishments leading the application of project management best practices to MA&D activities, functional PM leadership, major studies, field development and execution of oil, natural gas, LNG, refinery, mining and infrastructure engineering projects, in Nigeria, UK, Canada, Australia and the USA. Akin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with First Class Honors from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria, and an executive MBA in Project Management from the Athabasca University in Canada. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Cost Engineering Professional. He writes and reviews project management papers, and delivers presentations at global forums.

Oluremi David Oyeniyi, Executive Director – Strategy & Business Development, is a 1983 Accountancy Graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria. ‎ He has 16 years of experience in Banking with the United Bank of Africa (UBA) Plc and Access Bank Plc until 2002 when he went into Entrepreneuring. While in banking, he worked in Branch Banking and later Credit and Marketing as a Relationship Manager. After his stint in banking in 2002, ‎ he went into private business; and apart from his role in Dtech Support Services Ltd, he is a Director in Team Electric Ltd (Power and Lighting) and Integra Allied Resourcing Ltd (Property Development). In these companies, he has been actively involved in business development, contract bidding processes and execution of projects worth millions of dollars, some of which are in Airports, Universities, Blue Chip Companies and Public Utilities, amongst others. Oluremi is married with children and his hobbies include Sports and Traveling.

Engr Foster Richard, Project Director - Power Generation, works within Dtech’s global Development team. He has extensive experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, project monitoring and supervision as well as power equipment maintenance. He started his career with Power Holding Company, Nigeria (PHCN) in 1985 where he was till 2013. He served in various capacities while with the PHCN. He started his career as Maintenance Engineer Kainji Power Station. Has worked as Maintenance / Head Efficiency Delta Power Station, Site Manager Omoku (NIPP) Power Station, Station Head, 358MW Olorunsogo Power Station, Olorunsogo, Head Technical Inspection PHCN, and later General Manager Generation PHCN. Eng. Foster holds a Higher National Diploma (Mech) from the ITIS di Gubbio, Italy. He is a member of many professional associations, including Nigerian Society of Engineers, Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria, Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management.

Engr. Oluwaseun (Seun) Tunde Ayegbusi has over 18 years of project management, development and operations management experience especially in building technology, road construction, cost engineering, quantity surveying, risk and safety management. He has extensive experience delivering civil works for turnkey projects. Seun holds HND in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and MSc in Housing Development Management from the University of Ibadan. He is a member of many professional associations including Project Management Institute, USA, Chartered Building Engineer, UK, Association of Building Engineers, UK, Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria, Institute of Risk and Safety Management, Society of Professional Engineers, UK, and Association of Cost Engineers, UK. Engr. Seun is married and blessed with children.

He is a graduate of Science and Laboratory Technology. Very proficient Microsoft expert. Peter Usman is a veteran and hardworking young man. He started his career as a banker and holds the position of the Regional Support Officer for the Southwest States. After leaving the bank, he joined Dtech Support Services Limited as the Head of Commodity Trading which he combines with our downstream sector operation. He is responsible for sourcing commodity and the supply to end users mostly multinationals industries. He has been very supportive the growth of Dtech goals and objectives. He is very articulated, dependable and always ensures the right thing is done at the right time.

He is a graduate of Electrical Electronics from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State. Ademola is a certified and competent technician with approved certification in Microsoft Engineering. He is very hardworking and reliable, tested and trusted. Mr. Ademola Adeyemo started his career as Head of Department at Kent Consult, Ibadan. After leaving Kent Consult, he partnered with Seller Brothers as a Field Engineer. He worked there for a number of years before joining Dtech Support Services Limited as Technical Director. Mr. Ademola is very versatile with IOS applications, cyber tech and information software. He is also vast with wind mill technologies with technical capacity to training on how to and install innovative technologies.
